This is a good card for purchasing gas from CT gas stations and paying certain bills (property tax, gas, hydro etc.). The points add up when you're paying a $5K property tax bill and you're getting a reward on something you wouldn't otherwise get anything for. I don't use this card for any other purchases.

Do they automatically choose the card you get based on income? Wondering if this applies to the WE.

After you enter your income it will (if you qualify) want to to go for the World Elite so I would assume it qualifies too.

Not yet. There are rumors it's going to come but who knows. Rogers WE announced it years ago and they still haven't actually enforced it. The only one that has happened to me was the PC WE.

Who does Canadian Tire obtain your credit report from?

I was told I don't exist at TransUnion and that was the biggest headache of the year to correct. I'd assume sending the report to Equifax would be easy but don't want to apply only to find out they don't have me on file either.

I'm waiting on my report from Equifax to come in and verify what they've got but I may miss the offer by waiting first before applying.

If they use TransUnion then smooth sailing.

I thought Rogers WE was happening this year in August... I know my PC WE got downgraded... But Rogers... Not yet

So you can't collect the reward if you pay with the Triangle Card? Only if you pay debit + show the card?

It might be this year. I think almost 2 years ago I got the original notice. I switched cards pretty much at that point. But I still have the WE card.
