It was a nightmare when I order tires at CT and pick up in store.
It would be faster just to go in person and ask the clerk to bring it.

Make sure the DOT of the tires match what they printed on your invoice.

Canadian Tire has to learn from other on line retailers to make on line purchase as pleasant as possible. Hard to navigate around the site and once you click to select an item, using the back button brings you to page one! Tonight I cannot even sign in and trying to make a purchase is near impossible so obviously their site cannot handle the increased traffic today, just like Best Buy 2 BD ago. What a joke for such a large retailer, they should get better IT staff and revamp their website
Man is this the truth. Extremely frustrating

My $50 X 4 gift cards are in the mail! So sweet!
Picked up 4 tires in individual transactions, Each tire was $212.00.
I also get to claim a $70 main in rebate with the manufacturer.
So I spent $850 before tax and net $270 back.

Do you get an email saying the promo cards were mailed out?

oh man, I made this mistake a few years ago. Jesus I don't know if they improved their systems, but what a joke. I showed up with the email in my phone. They said no way they can help me unless I have it printed. I was like you guys are idiots. Manager comes over, nothing we can do we need it printed.
Anyway, went in a few days later with the print out, but they couldn't scan the barcode or something stupid like that. Was there for 45 minutes to pick up 1 tire.. What a joke.

hope they improved I was livid.

exact same experience, it took them 30 min to look for my order even with all the orders# and everything printed..

ultimately it became a 45 min experience for me even though everything is paid for and good to go.
