Gotta love Crappy Tire and their $1600 set of "Artiste" pots and pans. Is this some kind of joke?

Very surprised the legendary Sylvania 4K TVs aren't being advertised by Canadian Tire.

Nope, they are made of tungstanium carbmond found in one mine deep in the Kazakh steepe. Sherpas use small mining tools powered by Chanel #5 to get flakes of the precious metal and fill a 1066 French gold thimble once a day. That thimble is airlifted by private jet daily to Peru where it is taken via llama caravan over the andies mountains to a primal village of hipster Amazonian metal Smith's who were trained in the ways of Damascus Steel by Hattori Hanzo (they had vermin to kill). There it is forged in secret kiln's fired with only macaw feathers and charcoal from trees scorched by falling metorites. Each piece is quenched with the tears of a virgin watching 'The Postman'.

How can you NOT pay for such artisan quality!!

I was going to give my endorsement on this but I see you already have. I second this person's motion as factual.

$1769.98 is the regular price. Saw it on the shelf tonight (online inventory shows my store has 86 of them - there were 5 on the shelf).

These "BF" sales at Canadian Tire is the same flyer as every other flyer they have. 80% off MSRP LOL. Luggages, pots and pants, and dollarama crap GALORE!

Or go to Home Depot and buy stuff at normal fair honest pricing.

I saw those screwdrivers for over a hundred bucks in store the other day. That was the one week it's at that price so they can advertise them at 80% of the rest of the year.

I hope their BF sales bomb in comparison to last year so it shows them that this bullshit mark up strategy won't work.

The DELTA IN2ITION Shower head at 29.99 looks like a pretty good deal. I bought it for 37 at CT not too long ago.

Bravo, how on earth did you come up with this amazingly descriptive exotic tale?

All most? Other than OLED, most of the LG if not all their panels are RGBW where every 4th pixel is a white pixel instead of a colour. This allows for a brighter screen and maybe some other benefits but means a 25% reduction in resolution compared to other 4k tvs. While you will still get a nice picture, it's not truly 4k.

Most reviews will back up that you do not get as good a picture as a true 4k screen.

I am in the market and have written off LG due to this. IMHO, what is the point of getting a pseudo 4k tv, unless it was at a much lower price.
