Good price if you can find one. I just bought the chain-drive version of this a couple of months ago for $250 when my old LiftMaster opener failed. I was able to just swap the opener itself and re-use the original chain and rail, which saved a lot of work. The 1/2 HP motor is plenty (the one it replaced was 1/3 HP). Standard 7' door height limit unless you buy a chain/belt+rail extension. The multi-segment rail (to fit in the package) is not quite as stable as an original one-piece rail.

It's fine as a WiFi-connected opener - just a few quirks. The integration with Google Assistant and Alexa is kind of half-hearted, apparently because Chamberlain was originally trying to promote their own MyQ subscription service. Check out the SimpleCommands skill for a better link between MyQ and Alexa. It would be nice if you could control the light via WiFi for integration with your home automation, but you can't, even though you can control it with the remote.

I'm looking for a good deal as well but no stocks in Toronto! What I'm finding Costco instore around $290 which is not in sale and I think it doesn't have a keypad.

It has the MyQ logo on the opener which leads me to believe it's wireless capable but I don't see anything specific to WiFi in the details!

Correct - the B403C is MyQ-compatible, requires the purchase of a separate hub. Unless you see the WiFi logo on Chamberlain openers, it's not built-in.

But beware trusting CT product descriptions of Chamberlain openers. When I bought mine it turned out to be a different model than pictured being sold under the same SKU. I watched the CT online product description and illustration change back and forth twice in one week for the same SKU, depending which one they had in stock.
