I don’t know. We recently tried the ultra strong and no one in the household is a fan of it. It’s like a stronger version of what you get it public toilets. Little ruff. We prefer the charmin soft ones we get at Costco. Perfect balance of comfort and strength

Go to "swap offers", it should be there. You can use it instead of a personal offer you wouldn't use anyway. Just follow the instructions.

PC TP doesn't wipe as good and not as strong.

Number of sheets is irrelevant if you need to use more than twice as many as you would with Charmin TP.
