Be warned the water flow for this is very low and you can't easily remove the water limiter.

That being said I've gotten used to it

I think my parents had one of these in a condo they sold recently, the pressure was pretty amazing and reminiscent of a showers I took in the 90s before people cared about saving water lol (probably had the limiter removed).

I could be wrong on the model, but the design seemed similar.

The MOEN is way better.

Source: I have this shower head AND the MOEN 26100EP.

Been using this daily for almost 2 years. I did removed the water restrictor using this video.

Thoughts: very convenient of having both options of wall mount and hand held shower head. I like to use the wall mount shower, and 2 other person in the household like to use the hand held shower head. so i flip the PLASTIC switch on the top very carefully back and forth once a day. so far after one year of usage, everything seems to be fine. i do see occasionally water leaks from the wall mount shower head while using hand held, but i believe it could be just some residual water from the wall mount only. i am almost willing to buy another one as spare for parts if anything breaks

I have this exact one and it's pretty good. I initially removed the restrictor and found the pressure to be too high for my liking so I put it back on.

Bought 2 before I saw this post... had 1 at my old place too. Not bad for $40, but I found when switching modes it can leak a bit out of the head that's inactive.

We got our first one about 6 years ago. The pivot part broke on us last year, so I emailed the company with pictures asking where I could buy a new pivot head. They replied by sending us an entire brand new shower head, no questions asked. Their warranty is exceptional.

How do you remove the restrictor? Is it that mesh piece on the inside?

the waterflow on even after removing the water limiter is low. you're better off going to get the waterpik at costco for 45$

It is the mesh piece. I used need nose pliers to remove them. Someone posted a video on how to remove it in a previous post.

I found there's a big difference with the limiter out.
Took more time to go fetch my tools and watch the video compare to do the actual job.
