[Canadian Tire] Feit Electric LED Shop Strip Light, 4-ft $12.99

I was waiting for the shop lights at Costco to go on sale, but I saw these and figured I'd take a chance on them. For $13 they are decent. Home depot is selling the same ones for 49.98.

Is this a hardwired one? I'm looking for a pair for my garage and it's nearly impossible to find a hardwired one without it being overpriced.

No, they aren't hardwired, however I plan to cut the plugs off and hard wire them.

The Costco ones are 4000 lumens, however you can buy 3 of the CT ones for less than the price of once Costco one. The CT ones are much cheaper per lumen.

if you're in Alberta (and you can find stock) you can get them for $6.99 because there's an $8 in store saving for the energy efficiency alberta program, i bought half a dozen of them, they work great for $7

I was also thinking about getting some of these. Too bad they aren't daisy chainable, but I guess I can just do that when I hardwire it.
If HD does have the same unit, then PM for 10% off.

they're not daisy chainable, even hard wired you still have to run the cable, i tried to take one apart, first of all they are glued, second there's an LED driver board at the cord end, so i assume they're actually low voltage lights with a step down/converter, so you cant just add on to the end... if they were chainable they'd be perfect

TY for breaking it down and illumenating the situation.

Already got one of the costco ones for the work bench in the garage. At these prices, I should finally upgrade the basement work bench from fluorescent too
