WinterCommand is Goodyear's entry level winter tire, definitely not as good as Bridgestone WS90 or Michelin X-ice but should be good for daily drivers. Tires are made in USA.
The set of 4 I picked up were all DOT week 30, 2021. (Although these are on clearance, WinterCommand was launched in 2019, so at worst you get 2019 manufactured tires.)
Eglinton and Caledonia has these for $99.97 each. Picked up a set of 4 all in for $474 including $20 tire fee.
Also has $50 Online/Mail In Rebate making this $424 all in, after rebate with taxes. $412 if you get the $8 targeted Triangle Offer below and $4 from Rak.
