[Home Depot / Lowes] Chamberlain wall mount garage door opener with WiFi - $450 + taxes after PM

This is the new style wall mount garage door opener that is both quieter and save overhead space vs traditional openers.
It seems to have good reviews and worth the premium over traditional openers... The only con is no battery backup for those that care.

It is currently on sale at Canadian Tire for $499.

You can price match Home Depot or Lowes and get it for $450 + taxes (previous low was $435).
