Item I picked this up at Toronto Stockyards store today last one on the shelf

I presume because its discontinued it's showing the regular price, receipt posted to show the price.
Most of the hydro force products were on clearance in the stockyards store.

I can't help but feel that a used canoe would be a better purchase than this... no worries about puncturing it, can generally carry more weight... though it is far heavier.
I don't fail, I succeed at finding what doesn't work

It's probably store specific clearance. I bought this last year and and it was clearance at different prices at different stores. I got mine for 199.97. I have got way more than my money's worth. It's a solid inflatable boat. I take it crabbing so there have been multiple times it could have been punctured and it never has. You need to purchase better paddles thought. The paddles will break and they aren't fun to paddle with. For 199.97 I would totally buy again, plus I think the boat has a really good warranty that CT stands behind. I forgot why I returned it, but they just took my dirty sandy boat and gave me a new one.

This is a great, economical, multi-function kayak which my family loves. I researched and looked at MANY styles and prices of kayaks after moving to a coastal/marsh neighborhood and tested a few different styles of kayaks from a friend who owns a kayak touring/adventure company.

it's solid, inner tube's pretty strong
yes paddles suck, and a bit small for 2 adults
but good for small car, apartment people

It's a site clearance item I believe, call a store that's showing stock in your area with the product number.

St. Catherine's had 4 and they were all $227.

Mine is missing the pump however..

Got the last one from Eglinton/Caledonia store for $227 plus tax. Thanks OP for the heads up!

Haven't tested it on water but initial impression is it's solid but space looks tight for 2 adults. Btw it came with a separate grey triangular inflatable (reminds me of travel pillow) - anyone know what it's for ? The poor instructions make no mention ...
