Was looking for a ladder and came across this deal. Reviews seems good. Not sure if this is a good deal or not but ended up picking one.

Canadian Tire's "regular prices" are always way inflated. Actual regular price is what they show in the flyers lol.

Be careful of the flyers. Great price means retail price. And discounts can range from a small amount to over 70% off.

I had this ladder, then upgraded to the 21'... these are heavy, but very useful.

I paid $119 for the 21' (it will drop to that again)

Pardon my ignorance, but what is 17' ladders used for? Isn't it too long for getting on a 1-storey roof and too short for 2-storey?

is it me or $299.99 for a 17 Ft multitask ladder is way overpriced? It is not a real 60% IMHO even though they are really sell this at $299.99 regular price? I have a 21 ft from Costco, paid $99 regular price long long time ago

As mentioned above, $299.99 is WAY over priced. Never buy anything (MasterCraft especially) at regular price.

I've seen the 21' go to $120 once last year (around August?), and once this year (last month).
With this trend, you may need to wait a little while before the next sale comes around...
