I've seen it cheaper before, but 50% off is a pretty decent deal and CT has this sale a few times a year. I've used this ladder at work as well as a Little Giant (older model), they're nearly identical in function and weight (though I think the newer Little Giant ladders are lighter, but more expensive). Well built (withstands construction site abuse) and a more usable height of 21' for getting on roofs (always extend ladder 3' past the eave). Definitely not a light ladder, but very versatile and sturdy.
