Original is better than Vertuo.

It's cheaper for sure. I haven't tried a Vertuo but I've been happy with the Originaline espressos.

About twice per year, if you buy 300 capsules, you can get one of the machine for $25-30.

Doesn’t 300 capsules cost more tha the machine? Only good if you don’t like those compatible coffee pops

Inkjet price model. You can't get rid of those machines for even half price because Kijiji and Facebook are proliferated with people trying to pawn them off and most people realize the price commitment these entail. The coffee from Nespresso is good but only a wortwhile proposition if you're willing to kick ur Starbucks habit. Now they have new originaline that connects to your wifi and orders capsules automatically so you never run out of over priced home made espresso shots. Lol

Isn't inissia on sale already at other retailers? $99 with $20 coffee credit. Probably you have a CT gift card you are looking to use? Edit: sale seems to be over at most of the places; costco.ca still has it, but looks like no more $20 coffee credit.

Nespresso also has an offer sometimes where you can buy a vertuoplus machine + 50 capsules + 2 cups for $200 and aeroccino for an extra $50.

Yeah was looking to get the credit but that's no longer available. They had a decent deal before Sept 7th? but it was better then just buying it now.

If you want vertuo, the best deal is their 2 year $40 per month coffee credit with $1 machine.
You can spend the monthly credit on anything online and you don’t have to use it up every month. You have 2 year after the 2 year term ends to use up the credit.

$40 is not a lot if you have 2 pods a day

The cost is the same per capsule whether you buy the machine or not.
If you buy 300, that's about 6 months supply depending on your family drinking habit.
You get a good machine on top of that ( one for home, one for old kid, one for work etc...).

Yes.

Originaline pretty much nails the real Italian serving sizes. Biggest is Lungo (least on my Latissima Pro) and it's about half of what a Tims or McDee Small coffee is, but nothing will stop you from hitting the button again to make it a real North American Small which makes it an Americano

What I want to know is if someone's tried a different compatible brand for the Originaline. Im willing to try something new
