I'm seeing $39.99 in Calgary. But the product name could really use more trademarks™. I find the mismatch between the features (oven safe up to 500°F) and the specs (oven safe max temp 450°F) a little concerning. Amazon reviews aren't overwhelmingly positive ("Consumer Reports says this pan is not PTFE free", "The 'lifetime' warranty is only 5 years", "not non stick")

I realize there's a lot of hyperbole with the marketing of these pans, however if you can look past that, they are high quality. I have one of each size, they're pretty thick aluminum, have strong handles and the non-stick coating seems to be pretty durable (I still don't use metal on them). We've used these pans at least once or twice a week for the past couple of months and so far we're very happy with them. I'm optimistic they'll last for their 5 year 'lifetime', but time will tell.

FYI, having a lid for this one is harder than it seems. Lagostina, the Rock and ikea lids I have at home are too small.
The top is around 30.6cm, while most lids are 28.5-30cm.

I finally found a Mainstays universal lid at WM for 10$ and it fits

Should I get both of these for $79.48 after get $15 when spend $75 from CT
or the Anolon Nouvelle Copper Luxe from BBB for $64.66 after 20% coupon?

I had an old BALLARINI CORTINA GRANITIUM that I got for $30 from a Zwilling set that's lasted me 2.5 years. Definitely losing their non-stick abilities. Surprised they lasted this long as they were only $30!

bought these last time around - item is solid, feels like a premium product - worth this price -so far no issues and easy cleanup - using on induction cooktop for all sorts of things - put in oven a couple of times - nice to have that option

I got the 30inch during the last sale, works great, did the fry the egg test with no oil, egg will release , fyi have egg at room temperature for 30min -is recommended. And be sure to preheat the pan at 320 F, two min or so... I did on ikea portable induction and, I have to agree with the hype on You tube videos regarding this pan. I'm tempted to buy the 26" one too, as it would be lighter and easier to handle, and take for car camping.

Thank you OP.
I was checking the price every week to buy once more.

I am very satisfied with this pan and the quality.
I use this to make sunnyside up eggs without a single drop of oil. Just heat the pan for 3 to 5 min on Medium and lower the heat.

The pan hold on to heat well as well.

Agreed - it’s a great pan. Just needs to be preheated for a few minutes on high before using and then turned down as it cooks hotter than other pans.

For those wondering why some see the sale price and some do not, CT runs different flyer time frames depending on where you live:

  • AB/MB/QC/NL: Thursday to Wednesday
  • BC/SK/ON/NS/PE/NB/YT/NT - Friday to Thursday
  • ON - region dependent, can be either Thursday to Wednesday OR Friday to Thursday

I went through the Friday flyer for BC and these pans are not in there.

What non-stick coating does it use? Teflon? It should have said on the packaging.
Looks a lot like Heritage Rock, so I'm guessing the same.

Just did a quick check on Flipp with a Van PC and they're showing at the bottom of page 3, right in the middle.

Should I get both or is that overkill? Frying pans in my home only get used for eggs, sausages, chicken breasts/small steaks and stir frying veggies.

You're right! Looks like the price is for one pan, I thought it was a set.
