Turns out it's NOT Noma brand but Feit Electric???
Needless to say I'm discouraged by the bait and switch and decided not to get these....

After having numerous noma A19 bulbs fail within a year or two I would rather have that Feit Electric. I have a number of Feit bulbs and they are long lasting. None of the LED ones I installed nearly 5 years ago are flickering or burnt out. Though some people's experiences with the noma bulbs have been great, mine...not so much.
