E for effort on your first post but this not a hot price. Canadian Tire exercise equipment for the most part it wildly overpriced just to look like a decent price when they say 60% off.

FYI I was also looking to get one as I have a bad knee, but everyone and their mother recommends getting a rowing machine instead (concept 2). It's better for joints, works out more muscles etc.

I got it and love it, never had any knee pain (I had 32 stitches and destroyed most of my knee muscle when I was younger) takes a bit of time to learn how to row properly but check it out

A lot more reliable/durable in the long term too. If/when it does need a part replaced, C2 parts will almost certainly be available and for a reasonable price. I don't know for sure about NordicTrack, but a lot of companies intentionally make replacement part availability limited and/or expensive hoping that you will just buy a whole new machine.

I have one of these clothes hanger. Takes up a lot of space. Mine was free though as it came with my wife.

I've always been curious, how is it legal for Canadian Tire to falsely claim the price is so high? On the Nordic Track website, the same elliptical is listed as a MRSP of $1699, with a web price of $1299 and a sale price of $1259. Canadian Tire is straight up lying with their 60% off.

Maybe because the can tire model has some orange bits? Amazon and NordicTrack models are both all grey. Orange = $1100 value

Lots of good Precor or Life Fitness gym quality units on Kijiji/Craigslist that will be much better than this and cheaper.
