Is there really a difference between foot cream and any hand/body cream?

Maybe not worth it at the regular price. But at $5.43, I'm thinking I can use the foot cream on my hands and feet.

In Montreal, at the Pie IX shopping center in St Leonard, you can order the same product for $2.93 instead of $5.43. I ordered two for in-store pick-up.
