[Canadian Tire] Rain-X Summer Windshield Washer Fluid $2.89

Rain-X Summer Windshield Washer Fluid is being sold for $2.89 at Canadian Tire.

May not be the lowest price but decent for Rain-X. Walmart and Loblaw Superstore sell their no-name fluid for about $2.50 this week.

Be careful with summer fluid, if left in winter it can freeze and damage the washer fluid system.

It's always the summer formula that goes on sale and never the winter/all season formula...

Thanks OP. I've found we got so much rain this year I haven't had to top up my washer fluid at all so far.

Thats why I stick with winter washer fluid year round. No need to purposely use up the remaining summer fluid in the washer tank to change over to winter fluid when winter hits.

Summer fluid do have its benefits, such as better bug cleaning detergents. Doesnt make a difference to me though as winter fluid still works good during the rest of the year for my usage.

All, this is a regular price. CT has had weekend sales for $2 in the past.

word of advice, if you buy just buy 1 jug. You hardly will use up the entire jug for the summer as we mostly use winter fluids.

Very true, i was given some by a friend who got many on sale, i had to drain it in late fall as i had not used it all up. When i traveled to South Carolina years ago the bugs were crazy so i know what you mean, here its peanuts compared to a real bug fest.
