I'd love to know the limitations of the 15 year warranty.
Any first hand testimonials for this product?

its warranty 15 years, if you do the process each 3 years.

There is no way this thing lasts 15 years, 5 tops and I am being generous.

What's the difference between this and the stuff at HD for half the price? I'd reapply every 3 yrs anyways.

We had driveway paved with asphalt. Do I need to apply this on newly paved driveway?

What's the process for applying this over oil stains? Will it cover or are the oil stains going to show up again?

In another youtube review the reviewer does not recommend it after two years (see comments). FWIW

Yes, you should seal your driveway this year and next to fill in the cracks that will form as your driveway settles. After that you can seal every two years.

Really? I've always read and been told that new driveways should not be immediately sealed.

I've actually been given the advice that asphalt needs to breathe and should never be sealed, as it increases the rate of cracking; but you definitely shouldn't be sealing in the first couple of years.

Question from a first timer fixing driveway:

Should I use a squeegee or a roller brush with long handle?

Also, $90 this vs. $30 to $40 HD driveway sealer?

I've a 1 car garage driveway around 5 yrs old, never sealed. TIA.

I've heard this too. A buddy had a new driveway put in and the asphalt guy told him that after the pavement has set for a day, to sprinkle cement dust on it and brush it around, and then *never* use sealer. I guess the cement helps bind it together? This was about 10 years ago and the driveway has no cracks or holes, so something worked.
