Went to Walmart to grab a Sodastream Source for $39. Headed to Canadian Tire after and found 3x1L bottles on sale for $12.99. YMMV. Not all stores at $12.99 but a lot are.

Good to mention that these look the bit taller type than some sodastream machine can handle. Faced that problem recently on my few years old machine, and had to return.

You get these so you can cool the water til you need to carbonate it. I never run out of cold water in my fridge cuz of these extra bottles

That's what we do, the cold bottles are always ready to be carbonated.

On Vodka nights, it's a fight on who's gonna refill them. Hahaha

I mean, that seems like user error. They list which machines it's compatible with on the packaging.
