So this is basically the same as an Instant Pot?

(I own an actual IP, and I'm coming to learn it's just a pressure cooker with a timer.)

Almost all Instant Pot® electronic pressure cookers come with a stainless steel inner port.
This pressure cooker has non-stick inner pot that. The non-stick surface can get damaged due to metal utensils. scouring pads, and abrasive cleaners.

Not sure this has a low pressure mode.
