Looks like a sound deal for a gaming desk. Compared to other generic/non-branded ones elsewhere which retails at least $150 for similar dimensions n features.

In for one.

When I switch to a local BC store, it's $199.99? YMMV?

It has a cup holder for those energetic games that a drink might be knocked off the desk if you didn't have a cup holder.

A true GAMER desk would have RGB underglow, this just isn't GAMER enough for me /s

Thanks OP

What's up with desks recently that they don't have a keyboard shelf? I'm 6ft2 and its uncomfortable for me to have the keyboard on top of the desk, I can't immagine it for shorter people.

The best thing is, when you're tall with long legs, you get to bang your knees on the keyboard tray while still having a poor ergo layout.

@thekottik
This is a problem with one level desks. The desk that I have has a 6-inch shelf that is as wide as the desk itself and can hold 2 x 27" monitors. This allows me to keep the keyboard on the desk while the monitors are at my eye level. You might consider looking for something like that or attaching a monitor mount to raise the monitors to your eye level. That would work better than a tray where you would bang your knees all the time.

This monitor mount might be a good combo with this desk: https://www.primecables.ca/p-349985-cab ... #sku353763

This is the combo we use at work and it works with people of all heights.

Same here.

I've been looking online but skeptical of the quality and lifetime of the desks I've seen. Also, looking for at least a 60" x 60" L-shape.

I am eyeing on Ikea one, but it is OOS

For gaming desk, this seems to be another option but it costs $250

Op should probably update that the price is to be valid starting January 29th....

Maybe he's just lucky that his store show it on sale already....

Also 6'2 (or something close, 187cm) - I really prefer a single level deep desk. I have a standing desk, so keyboard height is at any height I prefer (normally around elbow level) , and all my displays are on arms, so I can keep them at eye level

And plenty of space for mouse.

Seems like a QC deal. Based on postal code play.
