I've been with CanNet for the last 1.5 years or so.
Only one outage and no peak throttling (downtown core).
Their support is adequate when something goes wrong but don't expect incredible white glove service or anything.
Every time I called Cannet someone would pick up the phone within minutes. I'm happy with the CS considering what I am paying.
