Sweet deal for a great camera. Ive been doing some research on it and the reviews are great. Its a very simple to use camera with high quality features.

Best bang for your buck is the SD870 IS from SIG at $199

Says special order though, so not sure on the delivery time.

Crap la merde! I could have sworn i saw the cnd sign somewhere. Oh well, I still have a $25 off coupon at FS (came with my new FS card). I can apply it to the camera and get it for $155. Any advice on which is the better buy?

I bought the A1000 over the SD1100 at Christmas for 159.99 at FS. I highly recommend it and bought it specifically because it uses AA batteries. I have tons of Sanyo Eneloop AAs. My older Canon digital went through several lithium batteries over the years, now I can always use cheap AA's.

Anyway, 149.99 with free shipping is a great deal from Dell.
