Canon RP and 580 EX II speedlite off camera flash setup?

Hi Everyone,

I want to use the 580 EX II speedlite as a off camera flash with my Canon RP. What is the best device to use to accomplish this?

I am thinking of buying the "Godox X1R-C-Receiver E-TTL for Canon 2.4GHZ Wireless", but I read it can be a pain to use.

Are there better devices to trigger the 580 EX II speedlite with my Canon RP?
