Car parked on Driveway during home selling

During home selling, I have a client that has 4 car driveway. Does leaving one car on the driveway affect a potential buyer's viewing experience?

No, unless it’s a piece of crap.
Think about it from this angle - the car on the driveway could be your car, another agent, or another client.

Yes, really depends on whose that car belongs to and its explanation.

On it's own? No.

But whenever I see this in listings, the rest of the pictures were taken with a 1980s camera, there's no virtual walkthrough, no staging or even cleanup in the house of any kind and a myriad of other things.

Is the seller serious about selling? Just move the car.

Sure, as long as it's a ferrari.

Unless it is a total pos hooptie, why would it matter? I'm assuming he meant that a car will be parked on the driveway during a private showing vs. staged photos for a listing.

If it were the day you were taking photos for the listing I'd say it shouldn't be there, but just generally and/or during showings I think it's totally reasonable for a car to be there as long as it's not a POS.

Definitely, it's going to turn off buyers that come in groups of different vehicles.

More of a shitbox, the higher bidding will go for the house. I mean its common sense, the shitbox means the owner spent all their money on the house in updates and renovations.

Gotta be careful because buyers might think the car comes with the house.
