[Cardswap] Buy Loblaws/PC gift cards with Amex (e-delivery)

Second, yes Cardswap is a legit site, see RFD discussion thread). E-delivery of PC gift cards seems to be new at Cardswap, previously they only had physical PC gift cards sent through the snail mail at your own risk, and availability of those was spotty.

- Go to cardswap.ca
- Pick one of the Loblaws $100 or $250 eCodes
- Pay with PayPal, select your Amex card
- Wait 2 days for your code to arrive in your email. It will be a barcode you scan at the checkout, the same as scanning a physical PC gift card
