Career oriented Education advice needed (CFP/PFP/CFA)

Hi everyone, i have been in banking background for the past 7 years and have finally landed into a bigger portfolio based role. To cut story short i have to complete CFP or PFP in the next 3 years. I am in my early 30s and my background is in a Bachelors in Accounting and have also completed my CGA exams but couldn't fulfill the professional experience due to my job being in Banking/Finance. Which one would you recommend? CFP or PFP?

My manager has also taken authorization to pay for my CFA if i decide to do it. Would you recommend me going with CFP and CFA in the next 3 years? is it doable? or would you recommend me doing PFP along with CFA? so far i have no desire to leave canada and may look at going to europe for work 10 years down the road for a year or two for experience.

Thanks!

CFA > CFP > PFP

Source: I have both CFP and PFP. The CFP is useful and PFP is useless.

Yes, it is doable. But forget having any kind of social life or free time during those 3 years.

You should know the overall pass rate for CFA is about 20% and for CFP about 50%.
