carfax reports previous use commerical

Hi,
i am looking for some help in order to make informed decision. im looking at this 2009 honda civic however carfax reports first owner as commercial. what could this mean? was it a fleet vehicle or rental? makes me wonder more because car was auctioned right after 2 years. 2nd owner did keep car for 10 years though

car drives fine and doesnt show any obvious signs of abuse.
Please let me know

I'm following this thread also, however from my understanding it could have been leased by a company, and either used as a company car or used as a taxable benefit. Not necessarily "fleet" as in rental or something, but even smaller companies do this.

THats what my thought was since first 2 years only show 28k kms where as a fleet or demo should be a bit more
