Carribean Resorts where Kids Stay free

Riu chain of resorts usually offers pretty kid-friendly pricing in my experience. Maybe not stay free. But good discounts when compared to other resort chains. I'd also recommend travelnationcanada when searching. Their website makes it easy to see all in pricing(including kids rates).

Many resorts have "kids eat and stay free" just keep in mind you still pay for the airfare + taxes.

There are so many resorts that offer this the problem is that the rate can differ of what you are paying for the child as different dates = different cost of airfare.

RIU will have "kids free" noted when you are searching a package. It's not a promotion that is always offered so play around with dates/resorts.

You may want to call up a TA at an online agency like Sell Off, ITravel, Redtag. They will be able to search things quicker and talk about different options.

This promo is available at many different resorts but usually for the summer or fall season.
Most Dreams resorts have it in the fall.

Atlantis Paradise Island in the Bahamas has resorts where kids eat and stay free. It's an expensive place to go, so be warned!

After a quick search I see this for resorts from big chains, I'm assuming it'll be the same for their other hotels.

Child rates apply when children are traveling with 1 or 2 adults. In the event that a child is traveling with a single parent the single parent will pay the single rate and the 1st and 2nd children will pay special rate.

Children 0-2 years are free when sharing a room with two adults.
Children 3-12 pay a special rate when sharing a room with two adults. (Max 1 child)

I can only speak to Riu and Iberostar. But Riu's tend to have more favorable rates for children. It's an ever increasing scale based on age. I would absolutely choose an iberostar personally but when we have looked it was just priced out compared to other resorts.

Of note with the Del Mar you can upgrade at the hotel to the Lindo or Maya properties and are charged a per room rate.

I mentioned a travel site earlier. When searching for family trips I also tend to use exit.ca. It works well because it's fast and easy to click on different departure dates, room selections, and price breakdowns. Certain booking options will have lower departure taxes per person and it can be advantageous to select those.
