There are two flanker brands that are owned and run by Bell: The affordable Virgin Mobile, and prepaid carrier, Lucky Mobile. There is also PC Mobile, an independent MVNO that uses Bell's network to provide nationwide cell phone coverage.

Bell's towers are definitely closer than Rogers' to Binbrook. But you'll be fine with any of the brands that use Telus/Bell towers, which includes: Bell, Virgin, Lucky, Telus, Koodo, Public, PC Mobile.
