I support Carrytel, yes, but let's make sure our fellow RFD members know the main info upfront.
$34.99 per month + 3 months FREE, The 3 months free service is applied in the following months - 2nd month, 4th month and 6th month
So, to get 3 months free, you have to keep the service for a minimum 6 mths.

I signed up with CarryTel around April 2018. At that time they were offering the same 75M unlimited internet deal with a TP Link Docsis 3.0 modem, but through Cogent's backbone. I see that they switched to Rogers now.

In the past week or so, I have been experiencing frequent downtimes, at random times of the day. Would it be worth requesting that they transfer me to the Rogers network instead? Did anyone attempt to do that with any measurable success?

Thank you!

My friend will move to Oakville soon. I think it's in cogeco area. Which link is the better deal for cogeco? Thank you very much!

Stay so far away from this company. Can't believe the horrible service they provide : if anything goes wrong, their technical support is inept. I've been without internet since Thursday and will be another week. They do like to double charge me for things though, very good at that.

I've had no problems with their service or support. I called support twice and was very satisfied.

You're lucky! I called them three times over the weekend, with absolutely no help and still no internet. Never had an experience so bad with an internet provider.

I signed up, then got a phone call saying they don't have service in my area and a cancellation e-mail. It's a condo in south Etobicoke. Is that right?
