Woot thanks TheDuffMan and MarkF56792, I was able to receive a refund. I was kind of offended when Sony said they'd have to make a one time exception to refund my auto-renew. I swear it re-enabled itself via system update, but I guess its a moot point now that I've been refunded. I normally do the Costco thing around Christmas but CDKeys.com looks like my new solution. Thanks too OP, this is a great deal.

Not a glitch for me - upon entry of the 12 digit code from CD Keys I was presented with the option to redeem it for 15 months as well. Account valid until April 2022.
