I was just looking at some stuff on the CDW website and came across that scanner. It looks like a pretty good deal. I called in and the rep verified that the deal is available to anyone, you don't need an account.
It's got 4.1/5 stars and it's US $350 on Amazon.com.

Seems like a good one for $270 if my math is right.
Read Amazon.com reviews because some have issues and software version problems.

I don't know about ordering online. It seems that almost all of those 1 star reviews on Amazon were for either the DS-510 or the DS-560.

I emailed them the other day and got a call back today. They can't do it online, but they'll do it over the phone. CDW seems to really want to ship to business addresses only. Funny, I had to give them a business address that is less likely to have a receiver than my work residential address that is nearly guaranteed to have a receiver available.
