Don't need, but... so tempting. I'm going to have to figure out which HDD I give up, because I lose a SATA lane for each m.2 slot occupied.

Edit: Yikes, when M.2_2 is occupied my PCI-E 16x1 goes to 8x.

Before you start running to buy this you should check out the reviews that CDW has. Very concerning. 2.5 out 5 on average.
