Ceiling Fans With Integrated LED Lights

Anyone have one of these ceiling fans where the LED Light is integrated into the fan and cannot be swapped? My concern with this is what happens when the light stops working? Have to buy a new fan and replace the whole thing again? I plan on buying a Lutron smart switch to control the fan but many of these also come with their own remotes.

Just wondering if anyone has these types of fans with the built-in LED lights and their experience with it. I'm also going to make sure it has a DC motor for quiet operation.
