centre bore of rim not round

I was looking at buying winter rims and spec's all matched but the centre bore of each of the 4 rims was not perfectly round. aren't all centre bores of rims a perfect circle? They did not appear to be damaged.

No, they're not all round - alot of multi fit aftermarket wheels don't have round center bores.
People will believe what they want to believe whether fact or fiction.
'tis most frustrating when they aren't open to see and/or learn which is which.

Post a pic/link.

Is it suppose to be hubcentric? If yes then you got a problem, if no it doesn't matter.

No, not always round. Sometimes they have tangs that are pinched to fit
