Some great deals on Phillips, Saeco, Miele, De’Longhi automatic espresso machines. Most are in store only, but a couple are available to ship. I picked up a Phillips 5400 Lattego for $910 + tax at the Gatineau store yesterday.

When purchasing, you might want to have in mind that they were placed under the protection of the bankruptcy act recently.
So your guess is as good as mine as to whether your local store will still be around in the coming years for service or to deliver on that one extra warranty year they offer.

$1046 tx incl. For a new 5400 is sweet!! Wish they showed that price online then I could use it for a price adjustment on mine (purchased elsewhere)!

Good price but iffy if they're under bankruptcy protection since it's open box (unless you're buying it in person to inspect it).

I have Phillips but coffee doesn’t come as hot as I wanted. I have to microwave for another 20 seconds.

I have a Phillips tv and it works fine... Maybe you want to specify what coffee machine you have ? It could be an issue with your particular unit and not a common issue with the whole line.

Thanks OP. Picked up the final Miele CM6160. $1638 to Alberta. Damn good. Was looking at picking up a refurbished a while ago of the older 6150. Great deal. Didn’t need it but that’s never the point.

Saeco is owned by Phillips, same brew unit inside.

Lattego models are newer for Philips with easier to maintain milk frother. Saeco minuto/lirika are older but same espresso will come out.

Saeco Xelsis is newer/higher model.

4300 lattego was out of stock in Longueuil, QC

disappointing.. it was the only store with stock near Montreal.

Does your mouth have a layer of dead skin on it or something?

Hottest temp setting burns your mouth if you drink it right away. Are you sure something isn't wrong with your unit ?

Other question is how old is your unit, how many cups made since you last descaler it or is it a brand new unit?
