I just added it to cart and the discount was showing as long as quantity was 1, didn't use a code or anything. And I do not own a Tesla.

It appears it's not working for others. Sorry if this was misleading.

Once the item was added to cart the discount was automatically applied.
Checked out like normal as guest via chrome
