No new offer here, but I can't complain - on the last $5 top-up I bought a 10,000ma USB power bank for a net 4 cents and got free shipping to local store. 
Now I'm still stuck at 0 points because the only thing I buy from Chapters routinely is gift cards for family in other parts of the country. All the local Chapters stores have closed except for a tiny "Indigo Spirit" shop in a local mall where I can do pickups. In fact it's pretty sad that all the bookstores in our city of 220.000 have closed except for that one Indigo Spirit and a small used book store.
