As dumb as they look, it changed the way I held my phone which used to give me finger cramps. I don't use it anymore cause I have a folding phone now, but it was indispensable for my previous 2 phones.

And I've also tried the knock off versions, and the quality difference is huge. You get what you paid for.

Winners has these but I can’t remember the exact price. I also tried the knockoffs. Night and day in terms of quality.

Winners/Marshalls regular price is $8.99-9.99 (actual popsocket brand). But selection is not the greatest designwise .
Having said this, we have a few from winners clearance that were $3, $4, $5 each. My kids like to swap cases so they have one for their various cases, and have a couple of backup ones.

I also saw a couple popwallets for $9.99 at Winners. Fugly designs but way cheaper than their usual $30 retail price.

Thanks OP, ended up ordering 3 popsockets and some other clearance items! My popsocket otterbox will only take popsocket brands so the knock offs won’t fit, even though I don’t understand why it is so expensive!

I love a pop socket but I don't think they play well with wireless charging.

If you have a Dollar Tree near your place, they have the noname version of this one for $1.25. Not sure if it has the same quality though.

You can get a case that allows wireless charging and has a detachable popsocket.

Or you can get a wallet with a popsocket on the back if you have magsafe

I like the idea but the pricing is pretty steep.

Can't you just charge the phone face down?

especially if you have a bigger/heavier phone they really do spare your fingers from cramping. the only bad things are the added bulk and sometimes it gets caught on other things in my pockets

Has anyone come across a simple magnetic attaching magsafe pop socket? I don't need the wallet, but anything I've found is in the gouge-y $40 range. Happy to wait a month or two if aliexpress has them, but I've not found anything there either.

In the newer versions you can take the "handle" portion off and that makes it thin enough to use with wireless charging. Still not great, but it works.

Huge difference. I actually bought a dollar tree one strictly out of curiosity. It's all plastic and is really thin, and the cap pops off with little effort. The strength of the adhesive is also questionable. Also, the overall diameter is a bit smaller than a real popsocket. It's a $1.25 for these reasons.
