Cheap shipping

I saw this somewhere in the forums already, but I can't find it for the life of me. I need to send some books, 2.95 kg worth exactly. What is the cheapest way do it it? I'm shipping within Canada. Can anyone point me in a good direction? Thanks.

it's usually in october when its free shipping within canada, via canada post. right now, i believe there aren't any deals.
