Cheap and solid tablet

I am kind of tired of buying tablets. I dropped my BB Playbook, the screen cracked and wifi stopped working. Then, my kid destroyed my Nexus 7 FHD by dropping it in the toilet. Finally, my wife dropped my Lenovo Tab S8 and shattered the screen.

All I have left is my Kobo Arc 64gb and would like to get another tablet.

I would like to buy a cheap tablet and thought of purchasing a Chuwi Hi8, but I changed my mind after watching this video:

With those specs what would be the best purchase(cheapest)? :
7.9" , 8", 8.9" of 9" screen
2GB of ram
Resolution of minimum 1280 X 720
Solid
Accidental damage extended warranty

Please refrain from suggesting stopping trampoline jumping in the bathroom while using the tablet

Thanks

Just buy whatever tablet you want and get a case... And not just any case, get those super thick kid-friendly cases. cause the fact is, dropping stuff will break stuff. the problem's not with the tablet. it's with how you're treating them.

Two of our previous tablet where in case when broken (the Nexus and the lenovo)

Also, kid cases are not made for every models of tablet.

I don't want to spend more than $200 because the best tablet so far have been the $90 kobo Arc 64gb.

I don't think what I want exist.

I will have to dig very deep in my pocket and purchase an iPad even if I would have prefered an Android tablet.
