Cheaper, high quality stores for gardening equipment or plants?

I'm looking for nurseries or gardening equipment stores that are near the GTA and offer decent prices for good gardening equipment, or good quality plants? (I guess that would be a nursery)

Cuz I was looking online and $90 for a compost pitch fork?

You get what you pay for. Lee Valley = excellent quality garden tools. Worth the cost over time.
