Cheapest place to buy mixed nuts in Vancouver?

So far the best deal I can find Deluxe Mixed Nuts 48% Cashews, Club Size from Superstore on special for $20. Breaks down to $8.02 per lb with 60% cashews.

Any other suggestions?

I find there to be a noticeable difference in the BRANDS of bulk mixed nuts available in the grocery stores.

BEFORE the pandemic and alteration of bulk foods in grocery stores, my personal preference for quality is/was Superstore royal mixed nuts.

I have found that Save On also sells mixed nuts but the one they usually have on sale is Trophy brand which is inferior to the Superstore type. I believe Save On also sells the bulk superior quality mixed nuts but these are usually higher priced and haven't been on sale for quite some time.

Also, I tried buying DANDPAK mixed nuts in the gigantic plastic jar from London Drugs one time but they were so salty I couldn't eat them and had to return them.

The "types" are in the spice aisle.
But there's some already mixed in the snack aisle.
Regular price of $18 for 1.13kg or $7.22/lb regular price. Nothing comes up for a sale price.
Do you not have anything else to do rather than argue with strangers on the internet
Nope. That's why I'm on the internet arguing with strangers. If I had anything better to do I'd probably be doing it.

Buying mixed nuts!??

Mixed nuts= snack.... sales tax :(
Separate types of nuts + mixing yourself= basic grocery... no sales tax :)

Ya, I do not like paying GST on mixed nuts. To save tax, buy unsalted non-mixed nuts when they go on sale.

Another vote for Costco.

They sell all sorts of nuts in bulk (bags)
Example : https://www.costco.ca/kirkland-signatur ... 17668.html
And some premixed varieties in plastic jars (salted or unsalted)
Example : https://www.costco.ca/kirkland-signatur ... 77110.html

I believe the jarred ones are considered snacks … so they are taxable
Bagged unsalted ones are considered dry goods / ingredients … so not taxed

If you really want them salted … mix & add salt yourself
Or buy one jar of salted to mix in with whatever unsalted other bagged nuts you mix together
Peanuts are by far the cheapest salted nuts
Cashews amongst the most expensive
