Cheapest source for raceways (ethernet)?

I need to run a second Ethernet line from my basement to the main floor.

Currently I have some unsecured CMR cables running along the outside edge of the ceiling tiles in the basement

From what I understand, in Ontario you aren't allowed to do what I did unless you use CMP cables.
CM for external, CMR for vertical runs, and CMP can be used for anything.
Given the premium of CMP, I want to remove the existing wiring and run raceways along the molding.

I'm going to be running Cat5e. Non POE.

InfiniteCable's pricing is the cheapest I've found so far.

I shopped around for raceways few years ago and InfiniteCables was cheaper than Sayal, especially if you have a local pickup warehouse, there's one in Markham if you're in the GTA.

I ended up buying off some guy on Kijiji who dealt with decommissioned equipment for about $22 per 6 foot 3x3 sloted raceway. Infinite Cables was $38 or so for the same... Sayal was over $50 if I recall.

edit: just looked at your link you're looking at more visually appealing stuff... the stuff I got was for basement runs so I don't mind the datacenter appearance.
