Cheapest storage in GTA area?

I've had a 5x5 ft storage unit at public storage for the past 5 years and it's getting unaffordable. Every year the rate goes up 15-20%. I guess it's the same scam they pull on everyone.

So I'm looking for the cheapest climate controlled storage in the GTA, could be even further away if the savings are worth it. It would be for approx 5 years. Thanks in advance for any tips.
