Could just say Abbotsford...
While its technically GVR, its so far away that it would be pretty inefficient to go unless you live in Langley/Abbotsford/Maple Ridge. For those in Vancouver/Richmond, it might even be faster to cross the border lol.

Actually Greater Vancouver / Metro Vancouver doesn't include Abbotsford. So it is definitely a bit out there for most Metro Vancouver residents.
