$15 if you sign up using someone's referral link and complete your first recurring payment, or you refer someone else who signs up using your link and completes the requirement. You'd find it in the Chexy site under the "Referrals" menu option.

Chexy only works with Visa and AmEx; MC is not accepted.

But the address doesn’t match the statement . The statement has a PO Box
This account is correct.

I paid my COV property taxes and it posted. The payment was made in chexy on June 23, it was sent on June 25 by chexy and my property tax account shows June 26 as the posting date so it posts on the third business day after you execute the transaction. The last day to send the payment would have been June 27 for it to post on July 3 based on my payment dates.

My recurring payment went through, I want to delete the subscription. So should I just pause it? I see this option.

My intention is not to use Chevy anymore. Looking for the best option to cancel the recurring payment

Next to "Pause" is "More." If you click on "More" you will get the option to "delete payment."

Anyone tried using a CIBC card to pay but stuck in the verification phase where the security code was never sent and so you can't add a CIBC card?
You just got served by the WateryTonkatsu server.

And how do I cash out/use this referral I got? I clicked on "redeem" and it says "You cannot redeem your Referral Balance during an active payments cycle. Please try again after your recipient has been paid!" No idea what that means...

Yes, that is what they state -- that it can take "up to a month" to show up in your AeroPlan account. They seem to send updates to AP about once a month, but it hasn't been consistent (they might send an update sooner/later). As far as I know, they've sent points updates to AP on the following dates, which seems to be consistent for all users, based on a few DPs:
  • April 22, 2025
  • May 21, 2025
  • June 04, 2025 (this one was unexpected)
  • June 18, 2025

That's the correct way to redeem, but you have to do it after an active payment has completed (you likely have a recurring payment with a July 2-5 date or so, which is still in-progress -- i.e. if you click on it, the payment hasn't completed yet). Once it completes, if you have no pending payments for the next few days, you can Redeem your referral balance against any future/upcoming recurring payment.

"during an active payment cycle" means that your card has been charged but the payment hasn't been sent to the payee yet. Typically a three-day gap.

Paid our property taxes for City of North Vancouver and they just posted, here's the timeline:

June 25th - Chexy charged card
June 27th - Chexy marked as paid
July 3rd - Showing as paid in CNV portal, with payment date of June 27th.

I tried searching but there doesn't seem to be any questions about it but does Aeroplan or Chexy check the Aeroplan account name with the registered name from Chexy? TIA
