Chinup bar (wall mounted)

Hi,

I am looking to buy a wall mounted chin-up bar (the condo I'm in doesn't have a good doorway). Any suggestions where to buy?

So far I found these:
https://www.treadmillfactory.ca/xtreme- ... hin-up-bar
https://www.fitnessavenue.ca/amstaff-tu ... hin-up-bar

I like the multi-grip but would be nice to have some padding on the handles (rubber/foam?)

Thanks in advance!

Don't get ones with padding, it will just rip, bind and interfere with your grip.

I wrapped a few layers of hockey tape around one of my pull-up bars. I prefer using bars with knurling; and while the tape doesn’t quite replicate knurling, it adds a bit of roughness to dull the smooth bar.

+1 to that!
I got a padded across the doorway pullup bar.
Its getting ripped already... but maybe because i have the habit of doing 100 pull ups per day.

And i guess the gymnastic rings i put on there also damage them.
